Title and risk of loss or damage in all goods sold hereunder shall pass to you, the buyer, upon our delivery to carrier at FOB shipping point. You are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation and for filing any claims with the carrier in relation to that loss or damage. Returns & Exchanges: Full-price items purchased from The Olive Tree’s online store may be returned for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. To request an exchange, please contact us at theolivetree@cumbaadesignco.com within 7 days of receiving your items. Items for return must be in the same condition as received, with original tags attached, and postmarked for return within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Items should be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. The Olive Tree is not responsible for lost items or for damages in transit on return.
